Addiction support is delivered either one to one or in groups and is evidence based .  Tailored programs explore the biology of behaviour and addiction, possible causation, models of recovery, harm minimisation, psycho-social intervention, plus emotional awareness and regulation. Our programs also incorporate positive psychology and coaching which  utilises a blend of models and interventions that facilitate positive change. Known for enhancing optimum wellbeing it provides the catalyst for people to progress from surviving to thriving.  Ongoing support is also provided as part of long term strategy planning.
